Vertical Presence, Inc. respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Vertical Presence, Inc. web sites. Communitygig.com is a subsidiary of Vertical Presence Inc., a company incorporated in the state of Nevada, USA.

Part I.  Information Collection

Vertical Presence, Inc. collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about primary visitors: the browser that you use, your IP address and the information that you provide on the account and profile forms enclosed on this site.
We may also collect personally identifiable information which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals or gift purchases. Vertical Presence, Inc. does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
We collect this information through registration forms and internet tracking. Information may include web pages visited, length of visit and time of day, dates, first pages entered, browsers used, IP addresses, geographic location and area, referring pages are collected through normal internet tracking programs.  To receive our products, gifts and services, name, address, telephone, e-mail is mandatory so that the gifts may be sent to the proper location and that information may be forwarded regarding discounts.
We may also employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Vertical Presence, Inc. to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies do have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Part II.  Information Usage.

The information collected by Vertical Presence, Inc. will be used for marketing purposes only.  Users who provide information may receive products, orders, gift requests, email announcements and catalogs.
Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a catalog. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases.
We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.
If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by e-mail.

Part III.  Access to Information

Vertical Presence, Inc. maintains the accuracy of our information by verifying it with the user.  Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by e-mailing us. Users may delete their information from our database by asking us to do so.

If problems arise, users may contact Vertical Presence, Inc. by writing to us and stating the concern.  We are committed to resolving disputes within a reasonable time frame.
